UPDATE: it’s 2023 and i am still a client. Opinion has not changed. Staff are amazing and so kind, the best experience and very reasonable pricing given the quality. Always a recommendation from me!!! Have switched from waxing to laser since the service was offered and am so happy with results. will be continuing the laser and once i am hairless will still continue to book other services 2019:Absolutely in love on my first visit. Night and day experience compared to a chain I was previously going to. Waxing room is so comfortable and relaxing, felt like a spa and was almost pain free.
