Great prices, great service and great merchandise selection. You get a significant discount on the same brands that are available in other flooring stores. The showroom is open 24hrs. You just call and it will be opened for you remotely. Pickup is usually at the warehouse at another location. I chose my contractor to pick-up the flooring whenever they needed it. Payments over e-transfer and invoice sent by email. We ran out of the floor and needed a couple of more boxes. I just texted - received the amount of required payment and additional material was ready for pickup within 5 minutes.
