I had an amazing experience buying vinyl tiles from the Hardwood Outlet.I was in a bind because I had purchased vinyl tiles from another store that turned out to be defective and I needed them installed the next day. I called Gus who assured me that he had nice white 24 inch tiles that I would be happy with. He sent me a picture, I loved them and picked them up from their warehouse the next morning. The next day they were installed with no problems. Excellent quality, like all the products in their store. I returned one unopened package and got a full refund. Been dealing with Steve, the most dedicated, hard working and passionate person in his field and I'm getting all my flooring material here, great selection with affordable price. Definitely one of the best. I highly recommend this store and to deal with Steve to my friends and family.
