From the moment we walked in to Ultra Carpet and Flooring, we were treated very well. We only went in to start exploring options and stores to buy a stair runner. After going through options with Noor, we decided we liked what we'd heard and went ahead with the purchase. Noor worked around our schedule and installation was completed less than a week later. The installer, Nigel, was great. He not only represented Ultra Carpet & Flooring well, he was pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with our carpet and, based on our experience, would not hesitate to recommend Ultra Carpet & Flooring.

We couldn't be happier with Ultra Carpet and Flooring. We were in the middle of getting our house ready to sell, a stressful stretch by any measure, and their team made one part of it genuinely easy. The install was fast, the crew was easy to work with, and the finished floors look fantastic. It was great value for the quality, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Tight timeline, no problem. They just made it happen. If we ever need flooring work again, Ultra is who we're calling.
