I am very happy with the work done by Conestoga Contracting. I needed a window well fixed, as well as a downspout routed and an extension of some river rock and stepping stones along the side of my house.
I had reached out to them regarding this work and had a response within a day. They were extremely organized in assigning me to a project manager and communicating with me - something that other landscapers in the area have severely lacked.
I submitted a request for quote through the website, I got a call the next day, and an email setting up a phone call with the project manager - very clean process. This all happened on a Friday, and I had a call set up for Monday with the PM, Joel.
Joel was a little late in calling due to a busy day but said that since he lived nearby, would be happy to come take a look and talk about the work I required. We went over the work, he listened intently to the problem I had and what I wanted done and he knew immediately what to do. He even said that the window well could be re-used, saving me some money. He ball parked the price and roughly how many man hours would be needed, and that since it was a small job, it could be done very soon - which I was happy to hear about (I wanted it fixed before any major rainstorms this fall).
The next morning I received the proposal and signed it. I hadn't heard anything for 1 week so I followed up and Joel apologized since it had ended up in junk mail. He said I was put in the schedule for the next week. Unfortunately some bad weather shifted their schedule but Joel reached out to me to keep me updated and let me know I would be in the schedule for the next week.
The following Tuesday a crew of two (unfortunately I've forgotten their names) came and got started by about 8am. They were done by about 12pm. They worked efficiently and did an amazing job. I received the invoice the following morning and all was said and done!
I am very happy with the process from CCG, the professionalism of their employees, and the quality of their work. I would recommend them for any landscaping work you require.
(From initial contact to work done it was August 15th - September 9th. It would have been shorter if the signed proposal went through properly, or if the weather hadn't shifted their schedule)“
