Both Craig and Dan at PM are professional and efficient. We had a window crack shortly after moving in to our first home. Craig inspected the window and ordered a new pane and Dan installed the new pane within days of it arriving. They cleaned up after themselves and Dan even showed me how to remove and reinstall my blinds! I highly recommend PM Windows and Doors.
We recently used PM to replace our front and back doors, and almost all of our old drafty windows. They were great to work with--I don't think I've ever before met someone who genuinely, passionately cares about windows and doors, but Kevin clearly does, giving us all kinds of good advice about what specific approaches would work well for our home, our vibe, and the needs of each room. John and his partner whose name I've forgotten did a great job with the install, getting things done both quickly and well with as little mess as you can get when you're sawing off parts of your house. By far the best pricing, phenomenal service, and the fastest response time.
I called three other companies, and PM Windows had the best pricing by far. Chris, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond and did exactly what he said he was going to do, which unfortunately says a lot these days.
I would absolutely use them again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
