Working with James was one of the highlights of our entire home renovation process. He is professional, courteous, and fair with his pricing. He expertly guided us through the design process; he came out to our house to measure and explained exactly where everything would fit. We were complete newbies to the home reno process (and are the type to not know their way around Home Depot lol) but not once did James ever show any frustrations with our numerous questions. His installation crew was courteous and treated our home with respect. They did not speak english, but that was okay. This is the first kitchen I've had renovated by James and his team and plan to have him do same in my new property. He was exceptionally responsive to my enquiries regarding the renovation and facilitated completion of the work in a timely and professional manner.
