I've relied on Darryl two times now. His years of experience is obvious and I highly recommend him! I called DSM last year to fix our bathroom sinks drain pipes. They started to leak bad behind the wall. (80 yr old house) He was here within an hour to assess then had the old ripped out and new installed in a very timely manner! I was very pleased with how quickly he was able to get the job done and with top notch workmanship at a reasonable price! I recently called him when I found a leak with our toilets drain pipe! Again he was here within an hour (after hours) to assess then back the next day to solve the issue! Darryl is the guy to call! Thank you DSM!

I have been going to this location because they are very helpful. When I got injury at work , I could not carry my bottles to car. These people at this location are wonderful ( They fill my water and carry it to my car , I still cant do it for awhile because of my rotator cuff injury, It makes me feel better knowing that they will help me , every time I go to get my water. I hadn't had a proper haircut in a salon for a few years because of Covid. I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away at this salon. The entire staff is very friendly and my particular stylist, Maria, went above and beyond the call of duty. My hair was in rough shape but I left very happy. The experience was the best right from entering the door to a pleasant greeting, to a great shampoo and head massage to an exacting haircut my stylist, Maria. I'm a senior and we can sometime be handful with persnickety requests but Maria was very kind and accomodating. Some operators become dismissive with us grey haired old foxes, but Maria was nothing but helpful and obliging and made this a old girl very happy. The price is right and I'll be back!

We had a leak in our basement washroom & laundry room. Called Brent's Plumbing and spoke with Alyvia who was very helpful in getting a technician out to asses the issue. Nathan showed up and he discovered the leak was from the water line for my ice maker. He contacted the shop and they had the materials to replace the water line. My overall experience with Brent's Plumbing Inc. was amazing...all members of their team that I dealt with were courteous, respectful and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
After not always having a great experience getting my hair done, I was nervous before my cut & style appointment. Molly made me feel super comfortable and did exactly what I wanted. I wanted to keep my hair long so she took the perfect amount of length off. She explained ways to keep my hair healthy and told me the different products that she used which was helpful. So happy with my experience here, would definitely go back and see Molly again!
Both my husband and I had a great experience at John Michael's. Ingrid cut both of our hairs, I even made an impromptu decision to color my hair. Everything was great! Her attention to detail and keeping us at ease is truly appreciated. This whole establishment felt like being at home, and it was like we have been there before. After my 5 year old autistic son received a cut from another shop nearby that made him look like Lloyd Christmas, I popped into Southpaw and begged for help. It was my first time in their shop, and they were able to take him right away, and treated him like an absolute king. The barber was so gentle and kind with him that he sat perfectly still for the entire cut.
The owner came in while we were there, and when he found out why we were there came over and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. He offered to cut my hair as well while I waited, which I was happy to have done.
Two great haircuts, one amazing experience. We will now be patrons here going forward.

Had McFaul Fencing give me a quote for an access gate to a city park from my back yard. Peter came and took measurements and gave me a fair quote, needed the proper permits from the city with specs to abide by when building and installing the fence. Once all formalities were complete, Calvin showed up and fence was installed all within 3 hrs. All work from start to finish completed within a good timeline.
