“I leave my comment on the interaction with the Gentry Ltd. Company. The roof of my house was leaking. According to the documents from the previous owner and discovered that the roof was replaced 4 years ago and is currently under warranty. In the morning I called and left a message about the leak. Then I read the comments and was horrified at the prospect. In the evening, the owner of the company called me back and accepted my order. The next day a technician came and fixed everything. As stipulated in the warranty document, repairs are at the expense of the company. So, not everything is as scary as in the previous comments.
