Mike has been fantastic to work and communciate with. He is extremely detailed and meticulous. Proposal provided in-depth itemized line items for every restoration task. Everything was black and white with no room for confusion. Mike also has been instrumental in helping negotiate with the insurance company. He knows all the construction codes and laws in detail and was able to assess my insurance policy too and suggest justifiable factual counter arguments for the insurance company negotiation.
