“I was quoted more than $1000 by our vet: asked to drug our family dog (with meds we paid for) the night before and again the day-of vet appt to make it easier for staff to sedate him (even tough I’m the one holding him while he slips into unconsciousness…read traumatic) to remove dreadlock-style mattes from his ears…(second year in a row for this process).

Desperate for an alternative, I appealed to FB friends/neighbours: Nancy & Riohann at The Dog Groomer, Campbellville had him for 15 minutes before they called me to come back and get him….all done, no drugs: $20.
Big thanks and big tip - we’ll be back!! XO

“I have been taking my dog here for years, and it’s one of the only places where he comes home happy with his tail wagging. They are very patient with him, even now when he is older. He doesn’t like his nails being touched so they make sure to take their time when doing his nails, assuring that he is comfortable and safe. We have gotten a second dog now, and have been taking the two of them together to Pet Makeover for a few years now. Both of my dogs never fuss when we take them here, they come home with great haircuts, and most importantly they come home happy! Thank you so much to Pet Makeover for accommodating my dogs and making sure that they are always safe and well!”

“We are very happy with the service and products we received from BauHound Haus. We are all the way across the country in BC and we’re looking for 2 Ruffland Kennels for our Labs. I fell upon their website and emailed to see what crates they had available and if they could ship to us. Mike wrote me back right away and answered all my questions. The communication was top notch. He set us up with 2 Ruffland crates as well as 2 mats that would fit the Ruffland Crates so our dogs were extra comfortable while travelling! We received the crates and mats last week, everything went very smooth and we are super happy with them. Great service, communication and products! Highly recommend.”
