I can’t say enough good things about this place! I dropped my dog off this morning and was greeted by a wonderful staff member who showed such kindness and compassion toward Theo. His haircut looks fantastic, and he was in great spirits when we picked him up. We’ve been bringing our dog to Pet Makeover for a couple of years now, and we are so grateful for Maria and her amazing team!
I am a 12 year customer at Pet Makeover. My dogs have always been treated with love and care. I personally trust and adore Maria and her team with my furry family members. I have seen some harsh words on this google review which surprised me BEYOND. I am questioning how valid these reviews are as anyone could write a review whether they have been there or not. I will continue to support Maria at Pet Makeover. Be kind and truthful, otherwise this google review engine app is not trustworthy AT ALL. It’s not fair to be mean and resentful. I can’t say enough good things about Maria and the amazing care she gives at Pet Makeover. From the moment we walked in back in 2022, her warmth and kindness put our family and my dog, Dexter, at ease. She greeted us with a genuine smile, took the time to ask about my dog’s personality and needs, and handled everything with such patience and love.
Maria is passionate about the dogs she works on, like a true professional. Not only did my dog come out looking absolutely adorable (seriously, the best trim we’ve ever had!), but we always get compliments about how handsome he looks when we’re walking him.
