I recently started going back to Pet Makeover, and I am so glad I did!! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they also have exceptional service. My dog's grooming lasted, and she was super communicative throughout. He also didn't come home anxious or with any hair from other animals, which is a big deal given last experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to book your pet at Pet Makeover, given the change in ownership, and I highly recommend their service.
I can’t recommend Deep enough! She was incredibly patient, kind, and caring throughout my dog’s entire grooming appointment. You can truly tell how much she loves what she does, and she treated my pup with so much gentleness and attention. The haircut turned out absolutely perfect—better than I could have imagined! My dog looked amazing and came home happy and comfortable. Thank you, Deep, for your wonderful work and for making the whole experience so positive. We’ll definitely be back! I have 2 little dogs that normally get groomed with someone coming to the house, they have only gone to a groomer twice, and it wasn't a good experience, so I was a little worried, but I needed them groomed as soon as possible. Our experience was amazing. They were happy when we walked in the door, they were happy when they were finished and the grooming was so clean and neat, no uneven bits, and they looked gorgeous. Deep was wonderful at fitting us in quickly and so sweet when we arrived. I would definitely recommend Pet Makeover. We will be going back soon.
