I have been taking my dog here for years, and it’s one of the only places where he comes home happy with his tail wagging. They are very patient with him, even now when he is older. He doesn’t like his nails being touched so they make sure to take their time when doing his nails, assuring that he is comfortable and safe. We have gotten a second dog now, and have been taking the two of them together to Pet Makeover for a few years now. Whooo strange seeing bad reviews for this place. I was out of Province for the last six months. I brought Duke back yesterday and nothing but perfection. Same warm welcome and same results delivered by Maria and her team.
I recently started going back to Pet Makeover, and I am so glad I did!! Not only are they reasonably priced, but they also have exceptional service. My dog's grooming lasted, and she was super communicative throughout. He also didn't come home anxious or with any hair from other animals, which is a big deal given last experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to book your pet at Pet Makeover, given the change in ownership, and I highly recommend their service.
