“I love movati ! I started coming in June and I joined because of the classes and let me tell you they didn't disappoint me. Body sculpt, Barre and core are my three go tos and the reason is definitely the instructors. Lenka and Steph M are the best instructors that make you return. Steph's energy makes Barre fun and she's so encouraging and engaging. I really really love Lenka's class because of the way she teaches .. she really teaches you how to breathe ..how connect and feel the muscles you're working .. she takes time to check from even though her classes are always full.
