Denise connects with her students on a professional, personal and spiritual level. She teaches yoga with a very deep knowledge of the practice and philosophies behind it, helping her students to make the most of their yoga journey.
Atlas Yoga Studio & School has been an integral part of my daily living. What once began as a few practices here and there has turned into a passion. I have almost completed my 200hr YTT and i am about to embark on another journey in October as I continue my studies for 500hr YTT. The community is loving and supportive and Denise is an amazing teacher who has so much to offer. I teach Mondays and Wednesdays at 12p to 1230p Yoga Break and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 930a - 1030a Chair Yoga. Join us for a class. There are a wide variety of styles and times to suit your needs.
Atlas Studio and Yoga school provides a wonderfully supportive network for students and teachers to grow and learn. Whether you are looking for a place to practice or become a teacher - the Atlas studio and teacher training program meets you where you are. Denise is so knowledgable and compassionate and she takes the time to support all of her teachers in training during the program and beyond, making herself available whenever we need her.
