“I took my iphone 13 pro max to this guys. After the latest update on 10th august, it was stuck on the screen stating connect the cable and restore. I tried 10-15 times by my own, 1 time by jump+ and twice by apple techs but nothing happened. After that this guys entered and did the necessary repairs and hand my phone to me. It took a little long as it was giving trouble to me and the tech guy but finally made it working. So it’s good to go place.”

The April 14th updates from Microsoft didn't appear to have been installed after downloading them and restarting the PC. I found Blue Bot by searching for a local computer company with good reviews. Brian performed a clean up on my PC and then was able to confirm that the April updates were installed.
