About Canada Computers & Electronics
Canada Computers & Electronics offers a wide range of components for building a gaming PC, with knowledgeable staff who provide helpful guidance without being pushy. The store also carries a variety of filaments, although they may be a bit expensive. In addition, they provide diagnostic and repair services, with technicians like William who can not only fix issues but also enhance performance. Customers have praised the staff for their excellent service and honest advice, such as checking a computer before booking a diagnostic, which helped relieve customer stress. The team is known for being friendly, knowledgeable, and working within customers' budgets. Customers also appreciate the quick and painless pickup process for computer parts, with staff handling each piece with care and allowing customers to check for damage before signing off. However, the pickup window is somewhat small (three days), so customers should plan accordingly. While the store’s atmosphere can sometimes feel cold and tense, the staff's efficiency and helpfulness make up for it. Overall, customers can expect a great experience and satisfactory service.
To all the guys working Friday May 15th thank you for restoring my faith back in Canada computers. Everyone there came together to help me and all the guys there are awesome to talk to. If you’re going to go to a Canada computers make sure it’s the one in Burlington.
I visited recently to pick up a few accessories and was feeling pretty indecisive.
Ryan provided excellent service, patiently explaining the options and helped me to choose.. Thanks Ryan!
I know there are some low-rated reviews for this location, but I think it really depends on the staff member assisting you
Bought first gaming PC on 2/2/26. Shout out to Ryan who literally spent an hour building a hypothetical and then helping me realize why it isn't worth it, THEN helping me to locate the pre-build I want in Hamilton - all of this patient work whilst also being super chill. Amazing customer service. Went back for a monitor.
