My husband Len took his laptop into Blue Bot. First time that and he had a wonderful experience with Brian replacing the battery and bringing life back into the lap top. Fast service and very competitive rates. Will recommend to our friends.

This was my first time visiting Blue Bot. I met Brian and explained why I thought my computer needed repair. He quickly diagnosed it and determined that no repair was needed and explained the reason to me. I left the store with my laptop working, no charges and now had a place to bring my computer for any future repairs.

After speaking with Brian I brought our hard drive in for repair. In a timely matter he called me to let me know the issues and what needed to be done. Had the hard drive repaired also in a timely matter it is like a new computer if not better. Awesome person to work with and also very reasonable cost. This is my go to for my repairs.
