Brian of Blue Bot Computers to the rescue! I needed help with my 3 year old laptop running Windows 11. The April 14th updates from Microsoft didn't appear to have been installed after downloading them and restarting the PC. I found Blue Bot by searching for a local computer company with good reviews. Brian performed a clean up on my PC and then was able to confirm that the April updates were installed. The Windows May updates were available yesterday and I was able to added them to my PC without any issues. Thanks Brian!
