My furnace shut off on February 1st, 2026, during one of the coldest days of the winter. After replacing the filter, the furnace ran for a couple of hours and then shut off again, leaving us without heat on a Sunday when most HVAC companies were closed.
A good friend referred me to Concord HVAC & Plumbing and told me to call Najib. He answered the phone within a couple of rings, was extremely professional, calm, and transparent right from the start — no sales pressure, no hidden fees, no surprises.

Khiber and Yama from Concord HVAC Plumbing has done a great job today and I was impressive with their work and professionalism. They have install our current filtration system which they put under the sink and it was not easy to do as most of the plumbers unable to do as per my wish list but I found them on google/Facebook and at the end they have done so nicely and also they fixed my main water line. They are good in price and highly recommend these 2 gentleman.

Najib is very professional, with an excellent quality of service, and customer service, his response to address my home issue is super, my heat exchanger cracked and was releasing carbon monoxide, when contacting CONCORD HVAC, Najib showed up the same day I contacted him, and on next day ordered a replacement for me, kept following up on the order until he got it within the time period the supplier has given him, once he got it, he got installed it the same day. Thank you CONCORD HVAC!!
