It felt like we were getting a home inspection; he went in the attic, on the roof, and walked the property completely, taking photos of everything he thought we should be aware of and also putting some of our worries at ease as well. He and his team worked on getting us an amazing quote and getting it into our price point. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure we were just as informed on the product as he was, and even encouraged us to do our own independent research to confirm what he was saying and not take it at face value, which was nice.
