Three skylights needed replacing on our roof as a couple of them were leaking (they were ~35 years old). Max and Ivan came in and once up on the roof, we all noticed that part of the roof where the skylights were located needed repairing as well. They gave three reasonable options and Patricia (the owner) gave three quotes. After choosing one of the options, a day was set and within a week and a crew of four came and did the work. You could readily see that they had all worked together for a long time. The whole group operated like a well-oiled professional team.
