My house was built in 2024. Little did I know the headache my family would go through with the A/C unit they provided. Installed through another HVAC company of course. It leaked last year in the summer. Just over a year after being installed. Guess what? It happened again this year. Same problem. The HVAC company said we were not covered for parts anymore.
So I began making calls and reaching out to HVAC people I know. One guy assessed the problem and quoted me just over $1k. Just to fix the issue.
Eventually, Ravi came to rescue. My friend put me in contact with him. Ravi was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation.
Ravi and VJ worked diligently and professionally, super kind. John explained and offered affordable options and quickly arranged a new unit I felt safe using. Definitely recommend this company.
