Harry was amazing. Communicated effectively. Showed up early. Had our A/C up and running in no time. He was honest about what it needed and explained why things weren't working. Also gave us tips to ensure he doesn't have to come back again.

When a contractor promises to show up in a certain window of time, and then does. When they have the gall to text you to let you know *exactly* when they'll be there... then has the audacity to show up at that time. When they proceed to carefully explain how everything works; what they're doing; and the best methods to maintain the A/C, furnace and fresh air exchangers (even though I didn't ask). When they're personable, knowledgeable, professional, non-pushy and even the dog loves them.
It left me with no choice but to write this disparaging review and rebook them for an annual visit, so I can rant about them...read full review
