“Slow kitchen drain in house, Richmond Hill. Mike took my call right away, and patiently explained options. Dispatched Shervin, who checked entire flow from kitchen sink to where piping leaves the house....snaked and replaced affected pipe, tested, confirmed fixed. Shervin left area as clean as when he arrived, he did a great job. Mike treated me properly, charged fairly, and responded/resolved very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, but hopefully not anytime soon LOL.“
