“Mike was great, I reached out to him about a leaking tub faucet I had in my condo that I was renting and he helped make the fix as easy and hassle free as possible. He told me up front what the cost would be and did not take advantage (I had removed other quotes and their prices were MUCH higher for a simple fix). I needed to have the cartridge replaced and he picked up the part for me at cost and replaced it the very next day after I called him. Definitely call Mike as he is professional and punctual. Dispatched Shervin, who checked entire flow from kitchen sink to where piping leaves the house....snaked and replaced affected pipe, tested, confirmed fixed. Shervin left area as clean as when he arrived, he did a great job. Mike treated me properly, charged fairly, and responded/resolved very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, but hopefully not anytime soon LOL.“
