Toronto’s first snow came earlier than expected this year. I had originally booked my tire change for next Thursday, but when it started snowing yesterday — and with more snow coming — I realized I couldn’t wait. This morning, my car started sliding on the highway just from changing lanes, which scared me so much! Since my car has run-flat tires, it’s even more slippery in the snow.

Later in the day, I texted Adela (the owner) to see if there was any chance they could help me sooner. She replied almost right away and asked if I could come at 5 PM. I told her I was still in North York but would head back as soon as I could. Unfortunately, traffic and the snow slowed me down, and by the time I got close, it was already past 6 — after their closing time.

Even then, Adela was so kind and understanding. When I told her I was driving slowly because of the icy roads and was almost there, she actually called the team and asked them to wait for me. Thanks to her and the amazing staff, I got my winter tires changed safely this evening.

It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about its customers like this one. Thank you again, Adela, for always being so patient, professional, and thoughtful. I really appreciate it every single time.
