I had another great experience at Tirecraft Aurora today. I love that the place is so clean. I am also impressed by how big the shop is. Apparently, they do much more than tires. I was there for a safety inspection a couple of months ago.I had lost my key to the tire lock last week. I asked if I could go through the car in the shop myself when they could not find it in my car. Adrian, the service advisor and the technicians were all very empathetic and courteous. I was embarrassed but had to book another appointment.I love that they use new bags for my summer tires. I just don't like the idea of moving dusty tires afterwards. Great attention to details. Highly recommend - Great customer serviceThank you so much to Adam and his staff for a great and wonderful experience. I took my Lexus there for tire swap and to fix a tire leak that I was dealing with. Prior to taking the car in, Adam was generous with his time and advised me on what the next steps are (he put air in the tire that required air just to get me by). Staff at Tire Craft are respectful, trustworthy, and not pushy at all. Adam takes the time to explain the process, and the reason for any repairs that need to done.
