Hi I was traveling to Sturgeon Falls last Tuesday when my 2014 Ford Escape broke down in Bradford . I had CAA come a tow me to the only place in Bradford that would take a look at my car due to our circumstances. This remarkable repair shop was Bumper to Bumper. I spoke with Mario and Mike, and they were so kind and sympathetic to my situation. They are true professionals and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. The price was honest and very fair. My husband and I started going to Bumper to Bumper a number of months ago now because it is around the corner from us. But we keep going back because their customer service is so fantastic! Last week, I brought my car in because it felt like the hood latch was broken. They had a look, fixed it, and even cleaned my battery from the corrosion on it. I was going to replace the latch but changed my mind. They didnt charge me a thing!....Nada, zilch...Domenic and his team just are superb!
