Bumper to Bumper are wonderful. They fixed my catalytic converter quickly and with kindness. They truly care about their customers and make you feel welcome every time. They even fixed my burnt out tail light within 10 minutes free of charge. Truly kind and caring people. Would recommend anyone to see them!

I can't thank Bumper to Bumper enough for their incredible service when I had a flat tire right outside their shop. I was stranded without a tire iron, but I couldn’t have been more lucky as they had just opened up. They not only provided a tire iron but also changed my tire to the spare – all at no cost! It felt like I was in a Christmas movie as the snow was falling these strangers were helping me with kindness and Holly jolly Christmas spirit. They were so great. Their quick response and generosity saved the day. I don’t even know the names of the people who helped me but I will definitely be going to them for my next automotive need. Went in to see if I could get a stripped hex bolt removed for a hand held wood working tool-their response- "yes no problem, give us an hour or so" received a call - Done! excellent service and it was my first time there.
