This is my first visit to Family Tree Automotive after my husband uncovered this gem. I took my car in for some repairs and Bobby booked an appointment immediately for the following day. Bobby advised me with confidence that he will deem what is most important to be completed first and the rest will eventually be required; but not at this moment. Mike, a staff member walked me through the process by using layman’s terms which made me feel very comfortable.
