Last technician visit from Action Air was Mason, a young technician. The wife had already spoken of him in a very positive light. When I talked to him he was very polite and professional beyond his years. He explained what he was doing and why and I had no problem understanding what he was saying. I have to admit I like the kid!
Action Air has a very, very good technician in Mason. He took his time and did it right the first time. If myself and the wife both liked him, well heck buy a lottery ticket, that just doesn't happen.

Aug 20th 2026, Temp: 102, about 6:15 or so in the evening it started feeling a little warm inside. Room temp coming out of the vents. Went outside the outdoor unit fan was not blowing. I call Action Air's main number. Taylor answered. I told Taylor the story. Taylor said I'm finishing up in BA, about 30 miles away, and I'll head your way. I thought I heard angels singing... :-)
He was here in 45 minutes! My AC was blowing cold air 30 minutes after that.
