Of all days for our furnace to quit, we had to call Action Air on this 10° morning. The Technician Taylor was here within minutes. After his diagnosis, he had to go get a replacement part and was back in no time even with the bad roads from the snow storm. Taylor got our furnace back up and running quickly and was awesome. Thank you Taylor and Action Air! You guys rock!
What started as a referral to this company for a much needed service & maintenance check on mini splits in a house that we had just purchased, turned into working with this company to install an HVAC unit to our new home. From start to finish, this company and each person I have had the pleasure of working with has been, nothing but professional, kind, efficient, and hard-working. Each individual has had the patience of answering questions for me, but more importantly, entertaining my Three-year-olds extremely excited attention and questions. He was so excited to see the air conditioning guys come over each time. And even more excited to talk about the tools that they all used. Kendall was the first individual we worked with and the representative that helped us decide on which HVAC unit would be best for our home. Chris, Hugo, Mason, and I believe Darius was his name.. I hope I’m not missing anyone.. we’re the people who did the install for the two days. They were all clean, Friendly, helpful, efficient, and kind. My three-year-old still talks about all the tools that were used in my one year walks around the house still trying to test the air.. Knowing we have a company that we can call with questions and concerns and trust the contractors that show up is priceless. Even the financial representative that I spoke to, I believe his name might’ve been Chris too, was transparent and professional with the best options for financing for our unit. Thank you for all of your help and continued help with our unit & home.
We can’t thank action air enough, we were lied to by multiple companies and called for one last opinion and they came out quickly, answered all of our questions and solved the problem while being honest, reliable and saved our family money right before the holidays! Everyone there is so kind and patient! I HIGHLY recommend them and we are so thankful!
