Of all days for our furnace to quit, we had to call Action Air on this 10° morning. The Technician Taylor was here within minutes. After his diagnosis, he had to go get a replacement part and was back in no time even with the bad roads from the snow storm. Taylor got our furnace back up and running quickly and was awesome. Thank you Taylor and Action Air! You guys rock!

Excellent mechanic. I've had problems with my a/c for 2 summers. No one could find the problem. I found j&j auto repair on Google, I read all positive reviews and thought I would call him for my a/c problem. He diagnosed my problem that day, called me with his diagnosis and price for repairs. I got my car back the next day, problem fixed and price was less than expected. I've been using my a/c daily for a week and it cools like a new one. Thank you Jeff I am a happy customer.
Dr Kari Wilkerson , Lacey and Chloe (technicians that helped Dr Kari, Kirsten(optician that helped me with my glasses), and DesTanee(front desk) all went out of their way to help me. They are the best and all deserve a raise. i am a RN and wish a bigger discount would be given when both husband and wife come in for glasses.

I’m an Amazon delivery driver. Recently, I was delivering in Wagoner & a screw fell out of my glasses. I couldn’t deliver efficiently because I couldn’t see properly. Looked online for a nearby optometry business & found Rice Family Optometry. I took a chance on them repairing my glasses promptly. The staff were so nice to repair my glasses for FREE! Let me tell you, I was GRATEFUL! I was able to continue delivering with clear sight! All because of the service at Rice Family Optometry. If they gave me GREAT service as an outsider, what kind of service will they give to the locals? GREAT service I’m sure!

I admire this hard-working couple, more I love how she cares for me and my feet. ;-) I usually only get a monthly pedicure, but my fingernails have left well-manicured too. They both do fantastic work, have a gentle touch, and are dedicated to making you happy, safe, as well as your nails look great. I have seen some impressive nail art done here as well. It is just this husband and wife team in Heidi's. They run this shop, doing it all between the two of them. And they do it incredibly well. I feel lucky to have been a client of theirs for many years. As my feet are older, have been badly cared for elsewhere, and need more than a change of nail color- I hope to be blessed with their good care for many months to come.

They quickly responded to an emergency call in February one day before subzero temperatures set in and repaired a major leak in outdoor hydrant line at an affordable price. In March they installed two more outdoor hydrants. Very good work, will use again.
