After his diagnosis, he had to go get a replacement part and was back in no time even with the bad roads from the snow storm. Taylor got our furnace back up and running quickly and was awesome. “Last technician visit from Action Air was Mason, a young technician. The wife had already spoken of him in a very positive light. When I talked to him he was very polite and professional beyond his years. He explained what he was doing and why and I had no problem understanding what he was saying. I have to admit I like the kid!
Action Air has a very, very good technician in Mason. He took his time and did it right the first time. If myself and the wife both liked him, well heck buy a lottery ticket, that just doesn't happen.
He is as pleasant to speak with as Callen, very respectful and considerate inside the house. Great, Great service. I called up to the office and had them post to my account that he can be my first choice when I need someone.
I have never been rolled by anyone at Action Air (Oh you need a new system - never at Action Air), they may not be the cheapest but they are the best. I highly recommend this company if you are in the need of some excellent service.”
