The staff is very caring and understanding I recommend Caldwell Medical Group to anyone needing a doctor I have been with them for several years. Dr. Caldwell is a very good listener and has a heart for her patients. Thank you Dr Caldwell for being an awesome person and doctor ?

I absolutely love her. She knows about and understands a bladder disease I have. I have back problems too, and she did a CT scan to check on everything. She is willing to listen to her patients and actually help them, she doesn't just give you meds and send you on your way. I hate doctors that just want to get the patients in and out as quick as possible. They never take the time to listen and help. But Dr Caldwell is just amazing.

The front desk person Mrs. Rhonda is very good at her responsibilities & she make you feel welcome. Getting your meds thru a certain pharmacy is very challenging and does become frustrating. Dr Caldwell listens to your chief complaint and works with you with out judgment. Overall, this is a good pain management facility.
