My a/c wasn't keeping up with the hot temperatures so Steven Kemp from TriplePlay set me up with a state of the art new system that keeps my house cool while also cutting down my electric bill! I couldn't be happier with his quality of service and professionalism.
My air conditioner went out 9 days ago, and I called Triple Play to explain my situation. They came out promptly, identified the problem, and gave me the unfortunate news about the repair costs. I explained that I wouldn't be able to pay until my next paycheck. Understanding my predicament, they went ahead and made the necessary repairs to give me some much-needed relief and cool down my home. They even scheduled the follow-up for next month.

they were able to come out after hours and get my ac up and running so i cant give a completely negative review. but beware. they charged me $350 usd PER pound of refrigerant.( 2 pounds for a total of $700) the current price for this refrigerant s $350 for a TEN pound tank. on top of being WAY overcharged. they failed to find a leak that caused me to have someone come out a couple days later. the new tech from a different company found the leak in 10 minutes.....bright side.... triple play didnt charge an after hours fee.....
