They were very informative on the systems I was interested in. Estimates were competitive with other companies that I had estimates from. I just feel more comfortable with Silvernail.
About Silvernail Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Silvernail Plumbing Heating & Cooling provides professional, expert service. Thomas came out the same day and fixed everything, and was fast and kept customers informed on payment and progress. Both Thomas and Timothy were professional and friendly, impressing customers with their wealth of knowledge, information and workmanship. They patiently answered all questions and had the parts on their truck. For an emergency gas and plumbing issue, the team came right out and took care of it, not overcharging despite the desperate situation. Thomas and Mario cleaned out a dryer vent, and were knowledgeable and courteous, even cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended.
