Plumber completed task but would be nice to know that whoever bust open the wall for the repair would be able to fix the wall afterwards. Just don’t agree with that policy any other repair company fix things as there were prior. Imagine going to a car mechanic and they repair the lifters but not put the heads back on. Make it make sense.
Zerell preformed our home service today. He arrived on time and was very courteous. I chatted with Zerell before he began the service to ensure just what he would be doing. In doing so I could see Zerell was very confident. He got direct and to the point with a work safe attitude. Worked clean, thoroughly and gave full review and report upon completion of his maintenance performance. Anything I didn't understand he broke it down for me. I appreciate you Zerell. I've had two nice experiences with the company. The other tech was Justin. Justin had taken care of a much needed repair on my furnace and was very expediant in doing so. Geoffry came to do an annual HVAC system maintenance. He was friendly and began work immediately. He explained all the work he performed. I’ve used Drabek&Hill for our heat/ac and plumbing for years and will continue to have them fix our problems.
