First off I would like to say Dr Tupper’s staff is fantastic so much that they have saved my life. Switching over from Dr. Pittman’s office I followed PA Jere to this office soon as I arrived I found out I had a cyst on my brain, I told PA Jere and he referred me to someone who couldn’t see me for 5 months PA Jere’s staff wouldn’t help me even after me explaining to them that I was having terrible headaches and couldn’t function and I couldn’t wait for 5 months to be seen, after giving my MRI results to Dr. Tupper’s office staff and explaining to them how I could function they immediately started helping me find someone to see me right away within a week or two that doctor told me I need to sleep laying up, and within in a month of that appointment I had to have surgery to drain the cyst, which saved my life. Dr. Tupper was also my surgeon for a knee operation which he is fabulous and fantastic! There are not enough words for how great he is!! The difference is staff PA Jere’s staff is not even close to that of Dr. Tupper’s staffing I recently had to leave PA Jere because I couldn’t get a refill, couldn’t get a returned call, couldn’t get a return message and I paid all my appointments upfront so the billing wouldn’t get messed up like my husbands billing issues which they bill him for a specialist for each visit. My suggestion is you can be great at what you do but without a team behind you, you can look just as bad. Your team makes or breaks your overall perception of who you really are as a professional.
