Physician Housecalls provides in-home medical care for patients, especially those who are homebound or have difficulty leaving their homes. Patients praise the doctors for being attentive and providing thorough exams. The company offers regular home visits and is responsive to urgent needs. Families appreciate the convenience and peace of mind that Physician Housecalls offers.
This is an updated review. I have used this service for many years. I can only give a 5 star rating because they don't have a 6th star. This is a fantastic service. My doctor comes to my home...to my home!!! No driving to doctor appointments, no sitting in a waiting room around other sick people (scary). They take my insurance, no problem. Always available by phone. Office staff and nurses are fantastic. MEDICAL PROVIDERS WHO DO ACTUAL HOUSECALLS.
My granny (Alzeimers) moved in with me sept 2024, we had a dr, nurse and pt come to the house thanks to Ennoble. They made everything so easy for us without the hassle of taking her out and stressing her. She recently got put on Hospice, all while im pregnant and giving birth to twins! The team at Ennoble has made every bit of this possible and easy. I would recommend them 100x over.
AVOID THIS PROVIDER IF YOU CAN.
I am a guardian/POMA for my aging mother. Physicians Housecalls was working well and it really helped her reduce the need to make hospital visits, UNTIL they were acquired by Ennoble Care, and that's when the problems began.
After the Ennoble acquisition, they shut off the patient portal without notice or replacement, forcing us to communicate with nurse practicioner and doctors back/forth by phone messages, ONLY and no direct communication outside a physical visit. Physician Housecall/Enoble Care staff were blinded as a result, and did not know her health history with Physicians Housecalls, forcing me to re-explain everything...read full review
