I was sent in circles the previous day with another facility with a broken arm, I then came here and Bobbie and Randy with the area office went above and beyond and took care of everything for me. They made an already extremely stressful situation so much better.

You have to be patient: I had an issue which costed THOUSANDS put it in the capable hands of: Bev & Lacey [Referral Ofc] ..it took awhile; dropped my credit 77pts TEMPORARILY ..so IF you were referred then your qualified.. Take your paperwork in person IF need be as I did both ~fax & hand deliver~"Excellent Job - IHS OKC"

I use this because I'm part Indian and I have to say they have gotten better. Things used to be so confusing. I love the Dr. I have now. He listens and gets things done. Which means he probably won't be there long.
