“Things didn't start to great. I took a 1/2 day vacation on a Monday for this appointment, then scheduling moved it to the afternoon. ECS did not make it in the afternoon either. That meant another 1/2 day for Tuesday. Needless to say I had a grump on. James and Joe showed up on time Tuesday morning. James went through the entire house. He explained everything to me very clearly and also explained to my wife in Spanish some of the intricacies of the job. Also found out that he speaks fluent French. So he's your guy if you need explanation in multiple languages. ECS waved the diagnostic fee because of the schedule issue. James did a complete work up for the house and pointed out several other things that were electrical hazards that needed to be fixed. They completed the work promptly professionally and by the end of the visit my grump had relaxed. I will be using ECS for rental property work as well as personal property. If James and Joe are any indication of the other technicians at ECS, I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to family and other professionals.“
