“Hi I’m Janet, I had a recent visit a a Salon , My stylist bleached my hair and let it on my hair way to long.My visit was 3 1/2 hours .I left there with wet hair and when I got home a went to comb out my hair and got a hand full of hair that came out in my hand. I freaked out.I didn’t know which way to turn.I was in tears. The stylist let me walk out with out saying a word.I text her told her what happened and she said she would get me some K18 that it would help.I said ok.I waited all day the next day and I text her again and told her that I felt she was ignoring me ,No refund or product or even a message.She said I can give you a full refund $170 plus a $10 tip. Still no apology but I got my refund. Still upset I was talking to a friend of mine and she said, Why don’t you go to Rhonda Shaw and I said at this point, How do I get ahold of her so I looked her up on fb and messaged her. We chatted and I went in the next day.She put on a treatment that helped some. She was so upset that a stylist would let me leave like that and not say anything when she most definitely knew what happened.I called Rhonda and gain that evening and went to see her again She did a different treatment and I went home even more pleased with her and some product that has helped tremendously. This Stylist Rhonda Shaw kept trying until I was pleased. She honestly thought I’m hair was gonna have to be cut. It she saved it.She is now my stylist and will never go to the other lady that calls herself a stylist.You want someone that will do what you want and have you leave satisfied, Go to Rhonda Shaw.
