Hi I’m Janet, I had a recent visit a a Salon , My stylist bleached my hair and let it on my hair way to long.My visit was 3 1/2 hours .I left there with wet hair and when I got home a went to comb out my hair and got a hand full of hair that came out in my hand. I freaked out.I didn’t know which way to turn.I was in tears. The stylist let me walk out with out saying a word.I text her told her what happened and she said she would get me some K18 that it would help.I said ok.I waited all day the next day and I text her again and told her that I felt she was ignoring me ,No refund or product or even a message.She said I can give you a full refund $170 plus a $10 tip....read full review
