The experience I had here is the best I've ever had at a Great Clips. Kailee did my hair. She did such a great job. She pays attention to detail! I would go out of my way to come back.

Hello! I just got my haircut here from Megan. The line was pretty long but luckily I checked in online so I got in almost immediately so would recommend doing that! Perfect haircut, asked for a medium fade/1 leave the top and I could not be more happy. Definitely recommend!

Update: after looking at my bank statement this morning I was refunded the 20% and now it’s at the amount It was originally at checkout. Thank youI was charged a 20% tip unauthorized. April 10,2023 at Xenia oh location. I couldn’t believe it when I looked at my bank statement. And yes I seen my total amount at check-out and it differs from my bank charge by 20%. If this was a mistake then so be it mistakes happen. But it’s hard to see it that way when I know what the amount was at check out.
