He has an exceptional work ethic which cannot be emphasized enough and I'm still impressed with how thorough he was regarding every aspect of the process. Discovering mold was a mixed bag for me, because I finally had answers as to why my animals were sick, but the process of remediating seemed daunting. I was surprised to find how much I relaxed after he started because it was clear he had a high standard of what a proper remediation should and he had empathy for anyone who finds themselves in that situation. It was an educating experience for me. I ultimately went with him after meeting with a few big name companies because he was the only one that, as I say, "respected the mold".
