Mike and his team have been super supportive throughout the process after our basement got flooded back in April. We really appreciated Quana helping to answer our questions when we called and in email and has been very kind. They've all have been highly active and walked us through the whole process from mitigation to repair. They were very patient while our insurance passed us through the usual claims process and did a great job of mitigating and repairing our basement back in original order. Despite being overwhelmed due to major area-wide flooding, the folks at Waymakers Restoration were pleasant communicative, and understanding of our needs (major mop-up and disinfection of our entire basement. The crew arrived on time as promised and were friendly and efficient, asking appropriate questions about the area to be cleaned and listening to our concerns. Price (we were self pay, not through insurance) was fair and reasonable for the amount of time and work involved. VERY happy with the services rendered and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
