The audiologist was very knowledgeable and informed me of options I was not aware of concerning hearing aids. She was able to repair them. I had lost the sync with my phone which she corrected. She put an app on my phone to give me some control over my aids and can locate them. She referred me to an ENT and made arrangements for them to call me to arrange appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment with the audiologist due to some cancelations and she drove to the Willmington office on a day it was closed just for my appointment. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I have only EVER had the best experiences here. I came to Erin less than two years ago with the darkest dyed hair you could think of from my experimenting in hair school (lol). I had three or four different colors of black/brown in my hair along with banding, some red pigment, etc. Now less than two years later and I have the prettiest blonde hair I have ever had!! She truly worked hair magic to get me from where I was, to where I am now without sacrificing the integrity of my hair. I would never go anywhere else!
