When you wake up to your only toilet mysteriously clogged, panic sets in. Susan who made my appointment at 6am, Derek in dispatch, and Josh, the technician were all exceptionally kind, friendly, and efficient in resolving our issue. No AI to talk to. Didn’t have to wait until Tuesday…our issue was resolved in less than 4 hours.
