If you're in the market to rehab your hard wood floors, I would highly recommend Simpson's flooring. They took a 1928 home I am rehabbing that had been carpeted for several decades (1940s at the latest) and restored them to mint condition. The layers of black matted soot that was covering the floors for decades was an arduous task to remove to say the least but they met the challenge at an excellent price.

Im an engineer and normally do my own work. It’s rare that I hire someone that does a better job that I can. These guys do! They did a large installation in my house with some complexities and Im thrilled with the result! They know hardwood floors inside and out. They’re trustworthy, thoughtful and very easy to work with.
