The audiologist was very knowledgeable and informed me of options I was not aware of concerning hearing aids. She was able to repair them. I had lost the sync with my phone which she corrected. She put an app on my phone to give me some control over my aids and can locate them. She referred me to an ENT and made arrangements for them to call me to arrange appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment with the audiologist due to some cancelations and she drove to the Willmington office on a day it was closed just for my appointment. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

They don’t just sell you hearing aids they take GREAT care of you after, I have had so many accidents with mine it’s not even funny and they have taken care of me no questions asked, this last time I dropped one in the refrigerator and it fell to pieces, they are sending it off to be repaired no cost to me!!!
Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Koneig's high professionalism coupled with a warm, caring, relaxed personality makes every visit a pleasure. Her staff is equally good. It's a terrible thing to loose one's hearing. I think of my grandmother whose hearing aids were rudimentary, and how isolated she was.
Another appointment today. The above is still certainly true, and how nice the office!
