They don’t just sell you hearing aids they take GREAT care of you after, I have had so many accidents with mine it’s not even funny and they have taken care of me no questions asked, this last time I dropped one in the refrigerator and it fell to pieces, they are sending it off to be repaired no cost to me!!!
Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Koneig's high professionalism coupled with a warm, caring, relaxed personality makes every visit a pleasure. Her staff is equally good. It's a terrible thing to loose one's hearing. I think of my grandmother whose hearing aids were rudimentary, and how isolated she was.
Another appointment today. The above is still certainly true, and how nice the office!
