We decided to reach out, and it was the best decision we made! Tom immediately responded to a late phone call on a Saturday evening. When he came to our home, he was extremely knowledgeable and fast acting! In less than 24 hours he and his crew were installing a new system! Not only did they install the new furnace, but also took the time to reconfigure parts of the pre-existing equipment to ensure the new system worked most efficiently! Since the new system has been installed, he has called to make sure all is well! He truly cares about his customers! I highly recommend Arrowhead Heating and Cooling!

I was so impressed with how fast Walt came out to give me a quote for a custom AC unit on my old home! The competition said it would be difficult to do, and the price was significantly higher. Walt gave me a two to three-week window which he fulfilled when he came out and perfectly installed my brand new AC unit and furnace :-)Two thumbs up all day!!
