“I worked with Ryan to help restore bad movement patterns and muscle compensations. I’ve dealt with chronic pain and numbness from poor movement from previous concussions, ankle, and should injuries for over 5 years. During those years I’ve exhausted many therapies in search of finding something that really helps. After working with Ryan in my first session I realized his approach was exactly what I needed. Ryan will study your anatomy and understand the correct and proper interventions/exercises to help.
